you, the one thats reading this, you are so beautifull, so wonderfull and powerfull. you are perfect because youre you !! with all youre good and less good qualities, thats you.. there is no one like you and there will be no one like you, youre unique!! you deserve evrything that you desire and feel you need!!   all the mistakes you made or make in youre life , were made with the knowledge you posesse at that time, forgive yourself for those mistakes. its ok to make mistakes you learn from them, their youre mistakes and they all have a right to be made because their yours... within yourself you have everything it takes to be happy and within yourself is everything that prefends you to be happy. egknowledge that the things you did and the things that people have done to you in youre past have changed you and changed those involved, and that is has made a more complete person out of you and its all a part of a greater purpose. all was what it was mend to be and all will be what it needs to be. all of youre fears, are your fears, but you beautifull human being there is nothing to be afraid off. life is a gift, however things have changed you, you can change everything you want to and turn it all around  to a positive level. the key is BELIEVE reality is what you think it is, reality is what you make of it. show everybody who you really are, and forgive yourself for everything. create yourself every day. start over every day with yourself and in contact with others. you can do this every seccond of every day. after something happend nothing gets lost you only gain lessons and inside info on yourself and others. you become more the human being you are nothing less so much more...   who made you believe that youre not worth it? because you are worth so much! who told you you wouldnt make it ? believe in yourself and believe me you will make it!! who told you youre ugly ? believe me you are sooo beautifull!! who deceived you? you are worth so much more. it says something about the other person! what the other does or says, says nothing about you. what did you do to another? make up for it, have regrets by not doing it anymore. forgive yourself. and start over. you are worth so much if everything you do purely comes from respect and love. that begins by loving yourself enough and stand for yourself. dont let other people tell you what they think is best for you, fight for what you think you need and work for getting what you need. go to where you feel good, dont stay in that place that hurts you. act on your hart, follow your feelings. thats the place to start your hart and intuision. dont intensionally hurt people, dont lie to people and dont lie to yourself. dont drink or do drugs to forget or  to get courage. its all in you if you are prepaird to find it and work for it. dont fill your time needlessly with things television, shopping computer collecting stuff. etc.  be who you really are without all the deversions. be curious to who you are if the silence gets to you. laugh at all youre brainmazes. laugh at what you never saw or never knew about yourself. all accross the world there are people who need love who want to give and receive love man, woman, gay, lesbian, hetero, russian, dutch, german, englisch, african, muslim, anarchist, christian, jew, human being, animal, dark skin, white skin, colloured skin, burned skin or scared skin it doent matter...   its all just a vessel for oure souls. a body with a hart no matter in what package it needs to be loved and respected. none of them ugly just different and all those differences so beautifull.  
know this today is a new day filled with new opportunities and you can start all over every day. go for it! dont run from it. you are save in this world and the way things go comes forth out of what we all do. the universe shows itself through you... and youre actions. courage is to do what makes your hart beat faster. and being a good person is doing good every change you get. make the right desissions at every opportunity. be open just and rightches . show the world who you are whithout any fear with a lott of love and laughter. have faith... i want to be there when i live, do you?
